Qatar Tourism has announced temporary measures to support visitors whose travel plans have been disrupted by current airspace restrictions.

The organisation has requested all hotel establishments across the country to extend the stays of affected guests from February 28 until airport operations resume and Qatari airspace is officially reopened.

Qatar Tourism confirmed that it will cover all additional accommodation costs, reinforcing its commitment to ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of visitors during this period of disruption.

A dedicated Qatar Tourism team will be in direct contact with hotel establishments to provide any necessary guidance and operational support.

Qatar Tourism expressed its appreciation to hotel partners for their continued collaboration and flexibility as the country manages the impact of the current situation.
