Doha is preparing to host one of the most prestigious fencing tournaments in the world as the Doha Fencing Grand Prix 2026 takes place from January 23 to 25 at Aspire Hall. Now in its 21st edition, this championship is organized by the Qatar Fencing Federation and is considered one of the largest Grand Prix events on the international fencing calendar.
The three-day event will feature 433 athletes from 53 countries, including 254 men and 179 women. With a total prize fund of $22,000, split equally between men and women, the tournament not only offers substantial rewards but also significantly impacts global fencing rankings.
